3. Membership and Registration

Our WiFi and technology resources are provided for legitimate business purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Excessive bandwidth consumption that affects other users

5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Membership Fees

Membership fees are due in advance according to your selected payment schedule. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your intellectual property. However, you grant us permission to use your company name and logo for promotional purposes related to our coworking community, unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulimpizzi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulimpizzi from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our facilities or violation of these Terms.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
